My Determination
As a student, I always set goals for myself. Sometimes those goals are easily met, and sometimes they require a little more effort. One of my biggest goals is to become fluent in English.
English is a language that is spoken all over the world, and it opens doors to countless opportunities. I believe that if I become fluent in English, I will have a much better chance of achieving my dreams. My determination to learn English has been with me for many years, and I have been working hard to achieve this goal.
To begin with, I have been studying English in school since I was young. I have always tried to pay attention to the grammar and vocabulary lessons, and I take my homework seriously. I also read English books and watch English movies in my leisure time. This has helped me to improve my language skills.
Besides that, I have attended some English courses outside of school. I took part in a summer camp in the UK, where I stayed with an English family for two weeks and attended an English language school. It was an unforgettable experience for me. I made many friends and had fun while improving my English. I also attended an online English course which taught me about idioms and slang expressions used in English-speaking countries.
Lastly, I practice speaking English every chance I get. I talk to my English teachers, my classmates, and sometimes even strangers. I even practice speaking English when I'm alone, by recording myself and listening back to it. Speaking English fluently is important to me because it will help me communicate with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
In conclusion, my determination to become fluent in English has been strong for years. I have been studying English at school, attending English courses, and practicing speaking English every chance I get. I believe that with hard work and dedication, I will achieve my goal and become fluent in English.
