Health is very important for each of us, so how can we ensure our health? For us, if we want to keep ourselves healthy, we should often do sports. If we have time, we can go swimming in the summer vacation or take a walk at dinner. Regular exercise is good for our health. We should also eat more vegetables and fruits, eat less candy and don't eat junk food. Finally, we should go to bed and get up early. If we don't have enough sleep time, we will be very tired the next day. As long as we can keep it in accordance with the above relevant suggestions, our personal health will be very good.

健康对于我们每个人来说都是非常重要的,那么我们该怎么样才能够保证自己的身体健康呢?对于我们来说,想要保持自己的身体健康,我们应该经常做运动,如果有时间的话,我们可以在暑假的时候去游泳,或者说在晚饭的时候去散步。经常做运动对于我们的身体有很大的好处,我们也要多吃一些蔬菜和水果,少吃一些糖果,不吃垃圾食品,最后我们应该早睡早起,如果睡眠时间不够的话,我们在第二天的时候就会非常的疲倦,只要我们能够按照以上的相关的建议来保持的话,那么我们个人的身体健康肯定会很好的。
